The Electric Crew were first class. We had Tom come out, with no notice, on a Sunday evening as we had no power. From that point forward the communication they provided was first class, as were the repairs. Ben and Rob were terrific as well in keeping me informed as the repairs proceeded. They even dealt with Citypower for us. Highly recommended.

Had the crew install a series of assorted LED lights all on dimmers through out the new gallery space and they came up looking fantastic. Professional and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Tom came to the rescue when we had trouble with a circuit shorting. I was interstate, and my 18 year old was home alone. Tom went out of his way to drop past, check the system, and put my mind at rest. We are delighted to know he is in our area, and will definitely be calling on his services again!

I originally met Tom Kerr and his team at The Electric Crew through our landscapers (The Garden Company) as they use The Electric Crew to do all of our garden lighting. Tom has since separately installed an Environexus home automation system throughout the house to control indoor and outdoor lighting, pool lighting and equipment, garage door and alarm system.

I have been extremely pleased with the result and the quality of Tom and his team’s work. The Electric Crew have been completely accommodating and very helpful in explaining what could be done with the system / they obviously understand the Environexus system in detail including not only the physical electrical components but the underling IT systems that support the platform. Tom and the team have always turned up on site as per the plan and have been a pleasure to work with.
